Ranch name
Ranch names are unique. Capitalization does not make a duplicate name different.
Ranch location
Your location is used for state rankings. After saving a location, it cannot be changed for six months.
Monthly Ranch Rankings
Show points earned this Central game month. Rankings start fresh on the first of each month; prior months remain available.
My Goats
Every goat has its own traits and lifetime record.
Shows & Results
Browse past results, today’s entries, and the next seven daily shows. Shows run on the shared Central game calendar; results are finalized after midnight Central. Kids can show at four days old.
Breeding
Compare your doe and buck, then save a mating. Expected kidding is 4 Central game days later. Kids are born automatically when their kidding date arrives and you open your barn. Litters may include singles, twins, triplets or quadruplets. Kids become breeding-age after 30 real-time days. Does cycle into heat every three days and can only be bred on a heat day.
Breeding records
Genetics & Semen Tank
Collect and store buck semen, breed does by AI, flush donor does for embryos, and implant frozen embryos. Semen and embryos do not count against herd limits.
Collect semen
Collection fee: $250 game dollars. The fee is charged even if the collection yield is poor.
Stored semen
Artificial insemination
AI uses 1 straw per breeding attempt.
Embryo transfer
ET flush fee: $500 game dollars plus 3 straws. The fee and straws are used even if the flush produces few or no embryos. During beta a donor can be flushed every heat cycle.
Stored embryos
Each recipient receives 2 embryos. They may be from different matings; each kid inherits from its own embryo’s sire and donor dam.
Genetics Marketplace
Buy and sell semen and frozen embryos with other ranches using game dollars. Sellers set their own prices and are never required to make genetics available.
